Center for Planning Excellence

The Center for Planning Excellence is a non-profit organization that coordinates urban, rural and regional planning efforts in Louisiana. We joined CPEX in Rhode Island on their Power of Wind tour, where Louisiana Leaders experienced first hand the Offshore Wind Facilities off the coast of Block Island.
